On-Site Coaching

We bring  coaching to your place of business so that all in your workforce can have access to life changing counsel and care in their personal and business life.  Your employees and members of your leadership team can benefit from someone from outside your company that can give objective coaching about life and business.  As you know, the productivity of your business depends on the wholistic contentment of your workers.

Here is how it works.  Richard, and/or his team will be at your place of business any number of hours you choose.  All that is needed is a private space where we can meet with your staff.  Once you schedule us to be on site, inform your employees that we are there so each interested person can schedule a time to meet.  We suggest you start with a minimum of 8 hours a month.

If you are interested, schedule a meeting with Richard to discuss what you need at your company.  The financial arrangements vary based on what services are requested and for what duration.
